software is available to all our customers.
This contract guarantees the ability to download free updates from CONTEMPLAS website.
Furthermore it guarantees additional support via email, phone and internet remote
access.

If you have an urgent query about TEMPLO, you can rely on fast support from our
experts. So, if the worst comes to the worst, we offer you the possibility to get
in personal contact with our technical support.
A TEMPLO- User with Support- and Updatecontract
benefits unlimited from our support service.
A TEMPLO- User without Support- and Updatecontract
has following possibilities:
- When purchasing software we ensure free support for the whole update period. It
ends at October, 31st 2012. Beyond this date, free support can`t be offered,
however.
- When purchasing an update (e.g.version TEMPLO 5.0) you get free support for the
whole update period.It ends at October, 31st 2012. Beyond this date, free
support can`t be offered, however.

A TEMPLO- User with Support- and Updatecontract
always works with the latest software. He/She has access to all following versions
of TEMPLO.
A TEMPLO- User without Support- and Updatecontract
has following possibilities:
- When purchasing software you receive all following software updates within the update
period (e.g. version TEMPLO 5.0) .The update period ends at October, 31st 2012.
- When purchasing an update (e.g. version TEMPLO 5.0) you receive all following software
updates within the update period (e.g. update TEMPLO 5.x) .The update period ends
at October, 31st 2012.
