appointments, flexible access to mesuring results and integration of all measuring
systems.
How does FUSION work? A short description:
FUSION acts as a platform to integrate all existing measuring systems and the administration
software you use. FUSION starts the measuring software you want to use, transfers
patient data to the selected measuring systems and centrally stores the results
of the measuring on the FUSION server. You save precious time in your daily routine
and avoid confusing data management!
This could be your routine in detail using CONTEMPLAS FUSION:
Patient admission
The patient or customer comes to your reception at the appointed time. Your staff
members record the patient data by reading the insurance card and enter the data
in the branch software or the Clinic Information System (CIS).
As these databases are synchronized with the FUSION database, the added information
is now automatically available in FUSION. If you select the customer, he is placed
in the virtual FUSION waiting room and is ready for further actions.
If a foot scan or a gait analysis is planned, the patient can be registered for
these analyses by the staff.
Analysis
Simultaneously this marking is visible in the analysis lab by the therapist, so
that he can ask the customer to come in. When the patient is “virtually” called
in in FUSION, the measuring software is automatically opened, e.g. the foot scan
software, and all patient data are transferred to the measuring system. After the
analysis is finished, important results will be collected in a report and resend
to FUSION.
Diagnostic and advice
The attending doctor has now access to all reports in FUSION without having to go
to the analysis room himself.
If during the consultation the doctor needs to have a closer look at the analyses,
he can display – using the so-called „FUSION-Viewer“ – a „dynamic report“ at his
work station, presenting videos or dynamic pressure data.
Finally, he can document his diagnostic using pre-defined templates and can save
it a dditionally to the measuring data.
Administration
At the moment the patient leaves the doctor’s room, all important analysis and diagnostic
report pages are already available in FUSION and can easily be printed out by the
staff members at the reception in a compact form and with a standardized design!
