Story: Treadmill analyses at Hallufix

The Hallufix company, specialists in treating Hallux Valgus, have integrated a CONTEMPLAS 5-camera-systemh at their gait lab.
On account of a special inquiry of the Hallufix company, a new analysis scheme was designed: treadmill analyses using
five cameras synchronously. This specific analysis scheme provides for a synchronous use of four DV
cameras (from a frontal, lateral left and right and a dorsal perspective), as well as a
200 Hz – high-speed camera
for a detailed analysis of the ankle from a dorsal perspective. The specific requirements of the Hallufix company
can thus be optimally visualised.
Furthermore, the gait lab was equipped by a system for a
2D posture analysis so that a holistic examination of the patient (dynamic and static analysis) is possible.
