GigE-Vision High-speed-cameras for motion analysis
|
The Gigabit-Ethernet (GigE) High-speed cameras are connected via network cable to
the desktop computer or notebook and capture 200 frames/s synchronously.
The cables can reach a length of up to 100 m. All camera settings can be
defined in the software.
|
Higher frame rates can be achieved by reducing the size of the image (area of interest).
The motion analysis software combined with the camera Basler Pilot PI640/210gc provides
the following combinations (among others):
- 640x480 pixels at 200 Hz
- 500x300 pixels at 300 Hz
- 400x200 pixels at 400 Hz
All captured images are full frames.
The cameras excel by an excellent image quality (CCD-chip), offer a maximum of cable
length without high costs and are available as colour or monochrome version.
Optionally a high-precision synchronisation with external trigger is possible.
As the GigE High-speed cameras provide a high frame rate and a good resolution
working indoor as well as outdoor, they are - in combination with a notebook - the
perfect mobile high-speed solution to analyse movements in sports
or, as a multi-camera-system (up to 6 cameras) for scientifically oriented biomechanical
analyses.
