At the end of last year, V&K medical became our sales partner for the Russian Federation.
As a long-time partner of h/p/cosmos, the V&K medical team has large experience

May 09 : Workshop for physicians and physiotherapists in China
In the course of the "4th Forum of Practical Rehabilitation Medicine" in Nanjing
(China), CONTEMPLAS organised a one-day workshop on "Motion analysis in clinical
routine". The video analysis software TEMPLO met with high approval: due to its
scalability in view of functionality and future extensions, it is an ideal tool
for the daily routine with the patients, not least because all modules are available
in Chinese language.

of the Philippines: Quorum International Inc. will equip some of their sports retailers
with an OEM version of the software, which has been especially created for the company.
As CONTEMPLAS has no commercial partner in this nation at present, it is even more
pleasing to note that the advantages of TEMPLO are known despite the great distance!
Jan 09: CONTEMPLAS enlarges the development department
At the beginning of the new year, the CONTEMPLAS development department moves into
a new site in Eching (district Freising). The head office is still in Kempten. Eching
is in North Munich and has good highway connections to all directions. You can reach
Munich Airport within 15 minutes by car or with public transport (S-Bahn). Moving
to this new and spacious site allows us to increase our staff.

In parallel to the nationwide equipment of all German RUNNERS POINT shops with the
running shoe analysis software TEMPLO, the highly specialized RUN2-shops
already realised the next step offering their customers a special service: all video
analyses are stored on one central server, so that at any time in the future and
in any shop the relevant data can be recalled and comparisons with former analyses
can be done in a minimum of time.

Oct 08 : Completion of the module: Clinical gait analysis
As an enhancement of the software module "gait analysis" CONTEMPLAS will provide
with the next version 2.9 some pre-defined analysis protocols for clinical gait
analysis. These protocols are particularily suitable for an application on walkways
to analyse e.g. patients with neurological pains or for the adaption of prosthesis.
All relevant gait parameters will be collected and automatically displayed in a
powerful report. A combined application of video cameras and force measuring systems
is possible.

devices. The launch of a jump analysis software combined with a AMTI force plate
marks the beginning of a range of different modules and products. The software excels

After 6 months of intensive development work of the two companies CONTEMPLAS and
currex, the Software CONTEMPLAS FUSION will be launched with a training program
in 83 medical supplies stores throughout Germany. Supported by manufacturers of

Six Basler high-speed cameras type 'Pilot' with 200 frames per second and synchronously
captured foot pressure data means really a hard nut to crack even for state-of-the-art

powerful Quad-Core-computer. This system can handle the 400 MByte/s. The first system

Jan 08: Sani Aktuell AG is placing large-scale order
In 2008, more than 75 member stores of the medical supplier Sani Aktuell AG will
be expanded to foot competence centres. CONTEMPLAS is charged to integrate and manage
all existing measuring systems in one software application. The motion analysis
software TEMPLO will therefore become the central interface between the final customer

Jan 08: Ultra portable System with two 200 Hz cameras
Adidas USA gets a portable high-speed video system, consisting of two 200Hz Basler
Pilot cameras (VGA), connected to a notebook via Gigabit Ethernet. The cameras are
equipped with an akku which allows up to 8 hours of camera use. Like this, the motion
analysis system can be used for long analysis periods with no need of any additional
power supply.

Sep 05 : Conferences in England and Spain
CONTEMPLAS had booths at the European movement analysis conferences in Salford ('Biomechanics
of the lower limb') and Barcelona (ESMAC 2005). During both meetings the new biomechanics
software was presented at the industrial exhibition and at the official user group
meetings held by Vicon Peak.

Aug 05 : First presentation in Asia
Members of the International Society of Biomechanics in Sports meet each year at
the ISBS symposium. In 2005 sports scientists from all over the world came to Beijing
(China) and CONTEMPLAS took the chance to present the software to the delegates.

Aug 05 : First presentation in North America
The combined symposia of the International Society of Biomechanics (ISB) and the
American Society of Biomechanics (ASB) 2005 in Cleveland (USA) were the first appearance
on the American market. CONTEMPLAS presented the new motion analysis software as
a partner at the Vicon Peak exhibition booth.
